Orthodontist Encourages to Keep Kids Tobacco Free in Cortlandt Manor

Since 1996, Kick Butt’s Day has been observed as a national day of activism that aims at empowering youths to live a tobacco free lifestyle. As a dental health care provider in Cortlandt Manor, Glaser Orthodontics encourages its patients to make healthy choices and influence their peers to do the same.
Research has found that kids are three times more sensitive to tobacco advertising than adults and therefore, more likely to be influenced by cigarette marketing. Glaser Orthodontics encourages teachers, youth leaders and health advocates to participate in the Kick Butt Day and raise the awareness of the problem of tobacco in Cortlandt Manor and Nationally.
